Habitat selected to participate in Board Development Workshop

news

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity leaders were among local leadership of more than two dozen non-profits selected to attend a workshop on Board Development sponsored by People’s United Community Foundation (PUCF).
Among those attending were Board President Kent Rohrer, Board Treasurer John Gonski, Executive Director Fran Normann, and Finance Executive Mark Lang.
PUCF partnered with Community Resource Exchange (CRE), a nonprofit consulting firm to provide a board development workshop underwritten by PUCF.
The topic of Board Development was determined for this workshop in Westchester by feedback from a survey sent to PUCF grantees in late 2017 to assess their capacity needs and priorities.”
